Organization Structure
Dr. Amon Mkoga Foundation is governed by the Board of Members that includes partners and friends in development. The Board outlines organization's strategic objectives, and elects Chairman of the Board and appoints Secretary. The Chairman and Secretary is responsible for translating these strategic goals into action.
Composition
The organization is composed of several interrelated innovative members base on permanent and voluntary employment. We have spent years building and refining our organizational structure to ensure the consistency, flexibility and quality of our daily activities. Ground workers typically consists of several field officers headed by a Program Manager and may include volunteers from different part of the country. Each team member is accountable to the Program Manager.
